Since t has no cure even most cant find underlying probably stay for good

It seems awful at first understandably. I was beside myself - not eating or sleeping and thinking my life was over . This is the acute phase. It's tough but it doesn't last forever . You'll gradually move into calmer waters. Give yourself a chance. Relaxation. Quiet sounds. Talking therapy. If your GP won't refer you for extra help, ask for a new GP. There's nothing to lose.

But honestly even if ubpay private ent or neurologist many said get nowhere

if you don’t think it’s useful, then you are going with very negative thoughts. It’s pointless to have therapy if you say to yourself “this isn’t going to help me”.

Try to find a GP in your practice who is more sympathetic to your problems.
