I've read a bit about bi-modal stimulation for the relief of tinnitus but as yet don't really consider the published results to be scientifically rigorous. Certainly I don't believe anything that the company who make money from it claim without a large pinch of NaCl.
So, if you're one of the lucky one and have used the device for more than a month, say, are you pleased with your "investment" on a scale of 1 - 10
where
10 is "yes - I would shout it from the roof tops" and
0 is "no discernible effect to date"
Please include how long you have been using the device and any comments you'd like to share.
There is evidence anything that relieves tinnitus is "out there" in the community - the sample size dwarfs ANY trials to date.
Please help us.

Hi Monty. I haven't tried Lenire and I wouldn't encourage anyone else to try it. In clinical trials 65% of people (who met the criteria) improved but 15% of people got worse. That's too big a risk imo. T is unpredictable. There's no way of knowing how you might react and what the long term effects might be.
Dont be put off trying things, thats the kind of negativity that makes the suffering worse, theres no cure, yes there is and it may be diffeent for others, but we wont find it if we dont look?
Hi Chris. I don't think it's negative to weigh up the pros and cons - especially as the costs run into £1000 s and may not work or possibly make things worse. Have you tried Lenire or anything similar? I'd be genuinely interested to know 🙂
Hi, thanks for your reply, no i havent, but i am starting the process. Your right though its not negative to weigh up the pros and cons and i would absolutley recommend that we all do that as individuals before deciding whether any of these treatments are worth a try, the point i was really trying to make is , that as long as there is hope dont give in, dont get to the point where you think there is only one way out. My heart goes out to anyone who has that spike and the fear that comes with it, its always on my mind as well, how would i cope and for how long, but the thing that gives me strength is hope and any new inovation or advice helps to do that. Theres definatley a cure out there, im lucky i can afford to try this ( not easily, im just a working guy) and theres a Clinic near me in Manchester.
I believe my Tinnitus is cervical and this was outside the trial criteria, so i will discuss this first and post the outcome.
