Hello,For those who have a high pitched ringing in the head, and a beep in one ear, wich changes in sound or intensity when yawning or clenching......and maybe you also have teeth and/or jaw pain....shoulder pain..neck pain..etc.....And the ENT specialist found nothing wrong? Before you tell yourself,or let doctors tell you, you'll have to live with it:Look into "Trigger Points"and see if this is recognizable....The cause of my Tinitus are trigger points,it's all muscular, you can do a lot yourself to treat this at home, but it takes dedication and patience...do this for yourself...I've just started my journey,I'm giving myself a year to concentrate on this as my priority, without feeling guilty about it...,my family will benefit from it too having a happier mum and wife, instead of this heap off stressed miserie due to daily pain...good luck to everyone on your journey..

Facebook has a group just for this. Don’t let the name of the group dissuade you. “Curing TMJ, POS, Fibromyalgia, Menieres, whiplash, etc by Curalistic”. He has a lot of success with helping people cure themselves from various illnesses/diseases. I hope you will try it. I really think it could help you

I am in this group.Stumbled upon it by accident when trying to figure out what was wrong with me,most doctors proved useless. It's thanks to this group I found out what's causing my Tinitus.I've just started the program. If I hadn't allready known about it,your comment would have been a lifesaver, thank you so much🤗

Hello, Can I ask what program you have started? As I have similar problems to your own but have been told by the so called experts “you just have to live with it” I have joined this Facebook group but am now being inundated with loads of threads with people who all have all kinds of problems ! I don’t want this to affect my positivity that one day I will be rid of tinnitus!

Hello,My journey started 15 months ago,one day the Tinitus was there.I went to a ENT who (so called)specialized in Tinitus, and all he did was examine my ears and hearing, said all is fine with that, and he prescribes me Rivotril, saying this is not addictive(wich is false),and sends me home...Not a single question about wether I have neck issues..etc...Not advising me wich doctor to see next...So I educated myself, and took matters into my own hands. One year later:..I now know trigger points are responsible for my Tinitus.I saw 2 doctors who confirmed this.My jaw and teeth pain, ear fullness, shoulder pain, neck pain,tinitus,headaches....all from trigger points. The facebook group is:Curing TMJ,PCS,Fibromyalgia,Meniere's,Whiplash,etc.-by....You will find the link to the free book there that you can download..by Gustav Grundsoe...curalistic.org/starthere/ on youtube you will find videos : CuraListic on how to do the selfmassage Hope you find it all, sorry I can't do links....don't know how to...don't hesitate getting back to me if you don't find it..good luck.

Way to go! I also find triggerpoints extremely helpful and calming the tension in my shoulders that radiates into my upper neck and jaw’s. I’m so glad it’s helping you.
