Tinnitus after Pfizer Vaccine

Never had problems with my ears prior to my Covid Vaccinations, after the 1st Pfizer injection i felt a slight blocking of my ears, i associated it with a sinus problem, after my 2nd Pfizer injection on day 2 i had bouts of Tinnitus in my left ear, and cluster headaches, among many other issues, on my booster Pfizer injection day 2 i had constant loud Tinnitus in my left ear, then day 3 also in my right ear, this was constant 24/7, after about a week the Tinnitus continued in the right ear, and continues until now, it is intermittent in my left ear, after many appointments with the GP who diagnosed inner ear Tinnitus, I've had 2 requests for urgent MRI's turned down by the hospital made by the GP, i now await an appointment with audiology in the hospital in March, I still continue to have cluster headaches and constant tinnitus, i have reported all my issues with the MHRA, i've had a further request for more detailed info that i have provided, anyone else experiencing the same sort of thing?

You could always book a private consultation with an ENT specialist. I did this and I asked for the scans to be made through the NHS because of the expense . I have had quite severe tinnitus for 18 months now . I don’t think there’s much I can do, good luck to you , maybe you will get yours better , I just live in hope that one day mine might get better .

Sorry to hear about your tinnitus . I had tinnitus before I had the covid vaccinations , but after I had taken all 3 of them, my tinnitus has gotten much, much worse. It is 24/7 very loud and intrusive. I have also reported the side effects to the Danish health organisation. I am not sure I will dare to take the 4 th vaccination when I get invited to that. Hope your tinnitus will fade away again.

The same here.Never had problemen with met ears.10 ours after mij boostervaccin 9-12-21 the t startef..i reporteren to the Lareb Netherlands.I stille haver the T.

The latest information about vaccinations and their side effects is on the British tinnitus Association website - it’s updated from the World Health Organisation. Just to say that getting Covid increases the likelihood of getting T far more than the vaccination against it.

Same here - put off my vaccine as I was worried about side effects. Had my first jab and after 3 days my fairly mild tinnitus developed into a hiss in both ears.

5 days later I ended up in hospital with a severe cluster migraine which they couldn’t get to go.

2 weeks later I now have very high pitched ringing in left ear which seems to get louder and quieter for no reason. I also have pressure in my ears, a weird dripping sensation in both ears and a constant dry throat and blocked nose. I think today that my lymph nodes are inflamed as it hurts when i yawn .

GP doesn’t care less so I am giving it 2 more weeks and paying for a private ENT appointment.

Sadly I have to choice getting the next one as I have a holiday booked and will lose thousands of pounds if I don’t go. Needless to say I am beyond furious that I have been coerced into having to have this vaccine that has basically made me sick, have been brushed off by the medical profession and now also have to get another one which may or may not make my problem worse.

Hi Yes exactly same thing happened to me

9 months in & still ringing , also the cluster headaches . I had MRI brain scan which shows damage to my brain cells , I am waiting for the letter to confirm exact condition . Neurologist says doesn’t think it’s connected to my Tinnitus & instead saying it’s possible MS which then goes to say this is unlikely in my case , so I am none the wiser really . They offered me a lumbar puncture which I declined . So now just trying to manage life the best I can , but won’t be having any boosters & regret having the vaccine .

I know this side effect is in minority so most people don’t believe me but I do know from my audiologist that is has happened to a lot of his patients .

I had nothing wrong with my ears and woke up on May 19th 2021 with ringing in my left ear. I'd had my first Covid jab on March 26th, which is about 8 weeks before the T started, so it is probably unlikely it was due to the jab. Had my 2nd jab on May 26th, which made no difference to my T at all. Had my booster jab back in December and my T spiked quite considerably a few weeks later. The first 2 jabs were the AstraZeneca, but the 3rd was the Pfizer. I still have the spike now, but do we blame the jab?...who knows!

All I know is that we have to live with these noises in our ears and manage them the best we can. I've come to learn that GP's and ENT's can't really do much and don't really offer much help either.

I just take each day as it comes and hope for the best

Have had Tinnitus for many years. After 1st AZ jab my blood press spiked and my Tinnitus has changed to Pulsatile Tinnitus which is very debilitating. On blood pressure tabs now and waiting for CT Scan results. Wish i had never had the bloody Vaccines.
