First of all hi everyone. Just wondering what are the effects of alcohol with tinnitus?

I there Ruggedman. I'm a drinker, far too excessive alately and from my experience it has had no impact whatsoever on my tinnitus. except I may sleep longer. hope that answere's your quiery.

In the days when I used to have too much - ah, those were the days! - then a hangover was worsened by T.Nowadays my husband and I share most of a bottle of wine once or twice a week, and it makes no difference.

Hi

I certainly drink too much and it helps me to relax in the evenings with regard to the T. I do wonder however if my alcohol consumption over the years may be a contributing cause of the T. Wonder if it has caused nerve damage etc. Recently I have been cutting back. It has had no effect on the sound of the T.
