Tinnitus only during sleep

Hi i have Menieres which has left me with hearing loss and permanent T in my right ear. I orginally had T in both ears, but then the T stopped in my left ear. 6 months down the road and the T in my left ear has returned. It only appears at night around 3/4am very loud humming noise, lasting upto 5hrs.. not at all during the day.. i cant figure out whats triggering the T.. Anyone on the group have any suggestions. Thank you

I was suspecting the village wind turbine when mine first started....anything in the vicinity of home?
