I don't know about the vit b, but extremely unlikely and if anything I would have thought diazepam could have a positive effect on T, although I'm not advocating the long term use of anxiolytics. I do very occasionally take diazepam and it has no effect on my T. My T is quite mild in the left ear and sometimes felt in my head. I also can get a blocked/bunged up feeling in my ears. This is always stress related. I think most symptoms are tbh.

Hi , I’m not sure about vitamin B , but I have screaming Tinnitus in my right ear and now have a Cochlear Implant. I do take diazepan from time to time to calm me down, it calms which in turn brings the Tinnitus down a bit. I’m very conscious of those sort of drugs though and only use it when I’m really desperate. Good luck 🌞

I take a vitamin B complex tablet every day and I haven't noticed any difference in my tinnitus, maybe you could try a small bottle and if you find it doesn't work for you, then you can stop taking it and you haven't lost too much money. What really sends my tinnitus sky high is aspirin, so I take paracetamol for headaches instead.

Hi

Don’t know about Vitamin B but I have tried Diazepam and it worked for me low

Dosage twice a day brought the volume way down.

Can I ask how much you take is it as low as 1 mg? If the question is too uncomfortable I understand
