I have Bronchiectasis and for 3 days now I have been coughing a lot my chest is tight and breathing not to good don’t know if I should ring Dr

I have Bronchiectasis and it's not too much of a problem on average, but if I had breathing difficulty and a tight chest I would be onto the surgery straightaway. Good luck.

Phone the Dr said phone 111 which i did waiting for a hour to get through so I gave up will ring later hope I can get through
