I have just had a three week holiday in India and used First Defence. I was ok. Quite a few people at the hotel had colds and I got off with murder. I did keep an eye open for people with hankies and kept away from them!

I have Bronchiectasis and am immune deficient and flew a couple of times last year with no ill effects and intend to again this year. You should exercise all your normal precautions makes sure you wash your hands regularly and don’t touch your face. Would also steer clear of anyone with obvious symptoms. I hope you can go and have a great time.
