I do, but it's nothing to do with my Bronchiectasis.
Often, if my lungs are involved then it's usually between 3-5am otherwise it's just my body being totally inconsiderate !
I get backache during the day especially when walking. However, I think it is probably arthritis rather than Bronchiectasis.
