Is kefir okay for cirrhosis. I have read there is alcohol in it but not on list of ingredients.

Morning I would think so. The alcohol content is probably as low as alcohol free beer. I'm a huge fan of kefir it's great for gut health

Me three! I’m a huge proponent for kefir.

I’ve read recent research showing that diverse healthy gut bacteria/microbe help protect the liver via the gut liver axis. Especially from alcohol related damage.
