Just wanted to wish you all a happy new year. I have only posted once and not replied to anyone else's posts, but I have found reading all your stories very helpful, it is so good to know I am not alone with all this. To all those (who needed to) doing a great job with changing to a healthier life style, keep up the amazing work! It is not an easy thing. To those struggling to do so, never give up on the giving up! It's so hard but you can do it. Wishing you all the best possible health xxx

Same here this site is my life saver I too don't post anything I'm living with cirrhosis (diagnosed 10 years ago today when rushed to A&E ) four years later had varices banded (after loosening copious amounts of blood) but I'm still here and living every day so thankful. Wishing everyone a happy new year

Happy New Year everyone. This forum and the BLT nurses have been amazing for advice. Having a bit of a naughty Christmas but due to a virus, then uti then covid, not even had a couple of cheeky prosecco's. Let's hope 2024 brings us all health, wealth and happiness 😊
