Need More Guidance Over Wilson's Disease

I hope all of you are doing well.

Quite recently I was diagnosed with Wilson's disease, Can you please help me to get a better understanding about the success of it's medical treatment through Pencilliamine? How much does it help as I'm quite young and I'm on medication as well.
