I have never come across such pain being related to cirrhosis. I think it depends on what you've been doing that might have caused it. Have you been investigated for arthritis ? I had been obese for a long time and had knee pain which an Xray showed as arthritis. Some injections in November and deliberate weight loss to reverse my T2 diabetes and stop my cirrhosis progressing seem to have worked and I'm pain free doing 90k minimum steps per week. Hope you get it sorted.
John I have never ever had joint pain until being diagnosed with liver diesese , always been fit as a fiddle in that department always! since I came put of hospital I've had 2 frozen shoulders and now I have the beginnings of arthritis in my fingers swelling of the middle knuckles , my heptologist said the liver does weird things when it's damaged and joint and muscular damage is one of them. So in my opinion your liver is the culprit. Hope you get better Paul.
