AST/SGOT 57

Greetings everyone,

I recently took LFT and found out that AST level is above normal range and so is Bilirubin Direct. I met the doctor but he did not talk much and gave dose of URSOSAN 250

I am used to consume alcohol and have no excerise routine. I work in IT so mostly sitting througout the day.

Anyone having similar experience? Is the AST level too high already? Anyone been able to reverse this issue?

Your results look to be very slightly elevated. Get some exercise and change your diet could help bring them down. I work in IT so can sympathise with the sedentary lifestyle but it’s within your gift to alter this now. Good luck.
