I have managed to switch hospitals and have now got a phone consultation with liver consultant. Which is great as the hospital I was with said the wait will be at least another 30 weeks and I have known about liver tumours for a while but not seen anyone; due to GP not taking it seriously at first.
I was wondering if there are any particular questions I should ask? I've not spoken to a specialist about my liver tumours before, just want to ensure I don't miss on something important.
Thank you!

Hi all I can say is have a pen and writing paper close to you at all times and when you think of something you want to ask write it down with bullet points ,we do this and it really helps that when you walk away you don’t go oh dam it wanted to ask that question 🤣. As far as I know everyone does it so write it down. Good luck.
My personal experience has been Phone calls from a Liver Nurse and a Consultant. I have regular bloods for Tumour markers and scans to check if any are showing every six months. Since around August 2019. Then they write to me. I know only what they tell me. My marker goes up and down.
