questions about labs staying the exact same

so for the last year and a half my liver enzymes have stayed the same AST 8 points elevated from norm ALT 12 points from norm as well. This patterns remain dr said it could just be my normal but I’ve been down in the teens before for my ALT. I haven’t been eating well for the last 1.5 years maybe that’s causing it to stick to that level. Any ways I guess I’m fed up or maybe should be grateful it’s the same level
