Is bilirubin 0.29 mg/dL or 5umol/L normal levels

My bilirubin has gone up to 7 umol/L without drinking alcohol

and remember a blood test is a point in time snapshot, there is a reason there is a range and your levels will go up and down during the day.

Hi Maco,

Levels of almost everything in the blood will change naturally from day to day. Small changes of a couple of points, or even 10s of points depending in the test, at any time is not an issue, even less so when the results are in the normal ranges.
