Hi I’m a newbie here so just wanted some feedback/advice. Last week after a scare last year and hospitalised due to excessive drinking I had a fibroscan which was 11.1. I stopped drinking for 4 days as a result but since Sunday I have gone back to my old ways even though I know I need to stop.
I won’t bore you with the history of why I started drinking heavily but it’s been at least the last 5 years. I’ve massively calmed down since June when I came out of hospital but I struggle to contain a sober life.
Im an accountant so a pressurised job and I struggle with anxiety. Just after some tips really, any advice is greatly appreciated.

I think that your sane mind is telling you to stop the habit. You are struggling to stay sober, so I will suggest to get some help. Either from a professional or from your family members if you have a decent relationship with them. Ask for help. Identify your trigger points and learn how to deal with them. Try to keep yourself busy and change your social circle if that is what is stopping you from being sober. Good Luck!
Thank you for your kind words it sounds like you struggled with it like my brother he was burdened with things from the past things he wouldn't let go off
