I am worried that I am putting on weight my BMI is 29 /15 stone and for the past week I have a slight tingling down my left side of body does anyone know if this may be related ?

Tingling of nerves may be a neuropathic problem. My wife had the same issue and it was diagnosed as ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. But her case was different, nothing related to liver. Peripheral neuropathy has been reported in association with chronic liver disease, as per Dr.Google. Kindly verify with your Doctor.
