liver/bowel transplant

I have both superior messentric and portal vein thrombosis caused by previously undiagnosed anti phospholipid syndrome

This has lead to portal hypertension and grade 3 varices which have ruptured twice leaving me in critical conditions

Ive recently been discharged from kings college hospital in london having been told I will need a multi organ transplant ( liver and bowel) at cambridge

I am aware this is a very rare operation and am reaching out if anyone has had this and quality of life/ recover after transplants?
