New here - does fatty liver and gallbladder polyp need a follow up?

have had raised ALP for a while and was sent by GP for a liver ultrasound. I only found out the results were back by looking at my electronic record as the surgery haven’t contacted me.

The doctor has marked it as satisfactory, it says diffuse fatty infiltration and a small left lobe cyst as well as a kidney cyst and a small 7mm likely polyp in the gallbladder .

Do I need to have any of this followed up by the GP or is it not important. Been trying to get a GP appointment to discuss it but I’d probably have more chance of getting an audience with the Pope

great comment, I had a CT scan in June been told it takes 3-4 months for the results to get to the doctor who is in the same hospital. Now got a telephone appointment with my doctor 29th Sept. All the best.
