Pain once a week

I was diagnosed with under active thyroid in May. Have been having weekly pain in lower stomach and back that lasts approx 5 hrs. I thought this was constipation and have been taking movalate.

when I get this pain it seems to provide some relief when I do poo (small)

Have had two high GGT readings now and the pain this weekend lasted approx 7 hrs then I have soreness and back ache

Went to A&E yesterday they said my GGT was high and willing to admit and perform scan. I am awaiting scan so said I would wait (should have stayed ). While I was there they completed an X-ray and said no blockages

I have been doing lots of reading and I am thinking I have gallstones although my pain seems to be in my belly and moves round to my back. Also with high GGT . I have never been a heavy drinker - most I have is 14 units a week.

I have a ultra scan Thursday and insight would be great or similar experiences

High liver enzymes are common with hypothyroid patients.
