i’ve been worrying nonstop and i’m concerned i have some sort of issue relating to my kidneys. i’m 19 years old, relatively healthy and i don’t drink or smoke or do any drugs, my diet isn’t the best but i’m at a good weight for my height and i look healthy. starting a few months ago i’ve had occasional foamy urine, it is usually if i haven’t drank water in a while, my pee isn’t darker than usual it’s a normal light yellow color when i get the foam, sometimes there’s a little and sometimes there is a lot where i can’t even see the urine. most of the time my urine is clear because i drink a lot of water and there is no foam but sometimes bubbles. i also noticed there will be floaters in my urine like little white stuff. when i let it sit the bubbles and foam seem to go away after a while. i’ve also noticed around the edges of my eyes it is a little yellow, i wear contacts so i’m not sure if that might influence that. also i was doing more research and noticed the white part of my finger nails are extended and it seems like half of it is white and the other half a normal reddish color which could be lindsay’s nails. i visited my doctor a week or two ago about all of this besides the nails. i got blood and urine tests and all of them he said came back normal, he said the eyes might be an environmental factor and that i look all healthy but i am still worried. i’ll put in photos of what i have

i also wanted to add if this might have any correlation. around the time i noticed all of this happening i was severely depressed and bedridden. i went about a month without eating very much at all or doing anything and i had lost around 15 pounds
Hi Andrew, sorry to hear you are having these concerns, sorry to not be able to offer much in the way of advice but just to point out it is actually against forum guidelines to post photographs for comment by forum members as non of us are qualified to comment on photos or take any sort of guess as to what may or may not be going on.
Medical tests seem to have currently ruled out any issues but you mention your poor diet and this period of being bed ridden and eating poorly I wonder if you can improve your diet, exercise and general well being and see if your perceived symptoms improve.
