Various immune suppressants come up on AIH facebook page - Aza is the first go to one then there are Mycohophenolate, Tacrolimus, Mercaptopurine (6Mp) plus some of the others commonly used in liver transplant patients.

After I got changed to Mycophenolate (after my run in with Azo and Mercaptopurine) my specialist told me Cyclophosphamide was next. She described it as ‘a step up’. Thankfully I’m tolerating Mycophenolate Mofetil well and everything’s stable just now.
