Symptoms reoccurring

My wife has started to see some symptoms again. She was discharged in July 2020 as fully recovered. All of a sudden experiencing hairloss, nausea, loss of appetite. Has anyone else experienced this. Her last bloods in July were clear? We are very worried.

I can relate to this especially hair loss I was at my wits end the doctor did a full range of blood tests and I found out I was vitamin B12 deficient I now have injections every quarter this rectified it, it's worth your wife mentioning this to the GP.

Hayley - So very kind to reply - great point - she is visiting her GP for blood tests on Wed so will tell her to ask. Thanks again - keep safe!

I see in your profile your wife was diagnosed with an acute liver issue in 2019 - what was the official diagnosis and what symptoms did she have back then? Has she been under a hospital specialist?Did she have scans prior to being discharged? Bloods can be normal even with advanced liver disease.

She obviously needs to be seen again by doctor to establish what is going on now so she needs tests a.s.a.p.

She was hospitalised and we had 8 mths of tests, panic, fear etc but diagnosis was fatty liver but complete recovery (July 2020). It has shocked us both that she might be suffering again. Yes lots of tests and scans completed. She is having another round of blood tests on Wed so thanks for the quick reply Katie fingers crossed! Kind regards.
