More likely a gastro intestinal issue than liver but only a doctor can assess what is causing it in your case.

Having gone through the same sort of problem since childhood I think that with you only having had this watery motion for a few days you shouldn't consider it as anything serious even though it may be painful. Your GP is the person to properly advise you as AyrshireK wrote

Thank you very much Bikafella

Hi,

Please do speak with your own GP regarding this. They will be best placed to safely medically advise you.

We hope you feel better soon.

As everyone is saying, the only way to know exactly what is going on is to see your GP. It might be something like gallstones, tat have flared up, especially as it's just after Christmas and New Year, where you may have eaten and drank more. Good luck
