Since yesterday afternoon l have been unable to access my private messages and notifications. I can see l have 3 and 12. I am getting told l need to log in using email and password but my password keeps being declined so pressing on 'forgotton password' but the same screen is popping up so l am unable to reset/ change my password. Is anyone else having the same problem? I can still see all the posts and replies and l can reply to those but have no way of seeing my private messages or notifications ! Hope you can help me sort it !
Thanks. Laura xxx

Must be a glitch with healthunlocked Laura. I clicked on my messages to have a look and it’s asking me to log in also. Xx
Hi laura it has been doing the same thing to me. I dont have a PC so just use my phone.I can see a preview of the message but then when I click it it opens another window. E mail, something else and log in with google. I just tap that one and it opens another window but work.
Hope this helps. You've probably sorted now, hope so.
Hi Nick. Thanks l use my phone too but l can't get beyond the login with email ... enter password, which l do but still wont open. So l press reset password but it just flashes up login with email again??? I'm "healthlockedout !!"
I haven't tried resting PW I just clicked on log in with google. Think it the red bar. It's weird cos the same thing happened to me yesterday. The log on with google works for me.
Hi laura009 I will not pretend to know much about computers or this site but my son always told me any problems turn the computer off completely leave it for awhile then turn it back on, it works sometimes good luck 😃.
