Hey so this is kind of odd to me but I haven’t gotten any opinions from people who may know what they are talking about...so anyhow here we go! I am 24 and I drink a fifth or better a day for about 2-3 years now. I am experiencing some things that I don’t think are right. What truest alarmed me was vomiting blood for the first time EVER (red blood). Anyhow, I’ve also been experiencing pressure in my belly and a dull ache in my right side area. My stool has been a icky yellow color and ranges from diarrhea to being super constipated sometimes. I also believe a lot of the weight I gained is from the alcohol going from about 140 to now 220. My urine has been brownish for a long time (I always assumed due to too much booze not enough water) but that’s another thing I see could be related to liver issues. It wasn’t until just recently that I began having spells of what feels like motion sickness without the boat or car, they last anywhere from an hour to a whole 2 days or so. Anyhow, long story short can someone give me an insight on how serious any of this sounds? Is it urgent I get to the dr.?

No one here can tell you how serious your symptoms are, however vomiting blood always needs to be investigated. Yes, get yourself to a doctor asap.
You have some very concerning medical symptoms.
If you vomit blood that is a medical emergency and you should seek out help immediately.
No one on the forum is medically qualified to assess you, please do see a doctor as soon as possible.
Best wishes.

Go to the doctor. What you describe is not normal and needs to be investigated. I would suggest with very dark or brown urine as well as vomiting blood that you should arrange that sort of like, err, now!
