Just a quick question. As I mentioned previously I have FL. My last bloods showed liver function was ok. Should I stop drinking or moderate it?

Ideally you should stop, the only way you are going to reverse your fatty liver is to eat healthily, try and exercise more and quit the alcohol. Just because your bloods are ok it doesn't mean your liver is. Your liver has given you a warning sign already and you'd be best to heed it. You won't get many folks on here giving you the go ahead to potentially wreck your liver.

Have a read at the BLT page on alcohol and the liver. Even if its not alcohol related fatty liver, adding alcohol to the mix isn't going to help heal your liver.

STOP ! For all the reasons Katie has stated

Haunted is exactly what you'll be if you choose to ignore the signs, trust me on that. You'll do no harm to your liver at all by giving up for good so it's a win win. All the best.
