By forum rules we are not allowed to comment on photographs as the quality of reproduction on line can be misleading also none of us are actually qualified to offer comment on potential jaundice. I personally think you are looking into the very edges of your eyes, the coating of your eye looks a little discoloured but the actual white of your eye not. Round your iris is perfectly white, in jaundice it tends to yellow the whole white area of the eye.

The best way for you to seek clarification is to see your doctor - a simple physical exam of your eye will say yes or no to jaundice and backed up with a blood test you would get a firm and definite answer.

I have the exact same issue, the whites of my eyes are white but around the inside and the corners are yellow.

You’re just going to be told to book an appointment with a GP because no one here is qualified to give medical advice. Trust me I have posted on here multiple times because I’m also worried 😂 I didn’t drink anything at all for near 3 weeks and they didn’t clear up which makes me hopeful that it isn’t related to my liver as there are multiple reasons, like bleeding in the eye, that can cause yellow eyes. Do you drink alcohol and if so how much? Not all liver issues are related to alcohol however.

Book an appointment with your GP, they’ll look at your liver enzymes and they’ll be able to tell from the levels if it’s jaundice.

When I had jaundice all the white part turned yellow not just the edges.

Hi Lisa, as others said, best for us not to make the yes or no calls on here, so seek medical advice. What I can say from my personal experience, the white of my eyes went fully yellow and also my face had a serious tinge of yellowing due to jaundice.
