Hi everyone I just wanted to let you know that my Walking Miracle of a husband died last Saturday.....As you can imagine we are all devastated, and he will be greatly missed.
He fought this terrible illness for 3 and half years, but it won in the end....I truly believe though, that we had him for those extra years, due to his determination to try and get healthy and we can take comfort from the memories of all the holidays and things we did during that time..
The care he received at Salford Royal was above and beyond their duty,so if anyone is worried about being admitted , don't be!
They are amazing .
I still read all the posts on here and even though I haven't commented very much I have found the community very helpful and a great source of information,so Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
