Does anyone suffer restless legs at night just after dinner.

I feel i camt eat much as i get uncomfortable but then my legd get restless anf the only way to ease this is lsy on bed.

Restless legs is part and parcel of cirrhosis you could try drinking tonic water or ask your doctor for quinine tablets

Not bad thanks 😊 I am post transplant so definitely better than I was... Just suffering with a cough and sore throat at the moment and not allowed to drink as I on my way for a scan so that's killing me lol but I glad it's only a little thing I have to complain about

It can be caused by a lack of magnesium. Prawns are the answer

Get some Sifrol from your doctor. Works for me.

I have restless legs caused by extremely low ferratin levels. I take iron sulphate as I am usually anaemic and it stops the restless legs. Don't just start taking iron, check with your gp or consultant whether you're anaemic or not. Too much iron with some liver conditions can cause major problems.
