Mild coarse liver

Had a bunch of ultrasounds after getting one year of svr of hcv treatment and all ultrasounds reports are saying mild coarse liver and had fibroscan and it says 4.1 F0= no fibrosis IQR =10% NORMAL =<30% all the blood tests are in normal range except ast/alt ratio it's 1.60 I am confused is it really cirrhosis or not bcz hcc risk persists even after Svr for those who are cirrhotic
