Hi new on this I have pbc I am from.Scotland and attend Edinburgh royal I have met the transplant team as yet not on list so I have not been working since June last year as not been good but have been told I have to have an assecment at home.for pip end of this month bit nervous about it any things you might think I should no thanks

Hello there,

You are quite fortunate in that the PBC Foundation is based in Edinburgh. I've met their Head of Education and Development, Robert Mitchell-Thain who is an amazing advocate for those with Primary Biliary Cholangitis.

I suggest you contact them and I'm sure they will be able to give you all the advice and support that you need now and in the future.

Try to speak to Fiona Dawson next time you are in the clinic. She is a social worker for the sltu and is full of good advise and support
