I was diagnosed liver cirrhosis in July, 2018 and have gone vegan since to lose weight and clean out my system. I’ve lost 33 pounds and also lost muscles. I’ve included some grass fed beef and organic chicken to my diet in order to gain weight. Been exercising a lot too, I had treadmill done today to check heart and passed with flying colors. I’m 71 years young and feel so much better. All other tests came out excellent including cholesterol. I have to drink lots more water to flush out whatever my body doesn’t need. I can walk 3 miles now whereas I couldn’t even walk a block with distended tummy before July. I really believe consuming healthy foods like veggies and fruits help. No alcohol now and very limited sodium. I’m taking less medication too. Good luck to all and God bless.

Wow you marrowing beefeater - tell the truth 😁 - you didn’t dare call yourself beefeater any more because marrow is so much more appropriate than beef now you are a veggie! 😁

But wow haven’t you done well, you put me to to complete shame!
