Does anyone have their whole rib cage hurting?

I have been tested for auto ammune hepatitis and have been misdiagnosed twice; told I have it, told it’s just a fatty liver, and then told I have it, and now they’re saying it’s a fatty liver. Anyway, fatty liver, autoammune hepatitis, does anyone also have an enlarged spleen? For the past two or three days it feels like I’ve been hit in the back and it’s radiating from where my spleen is. Yet gets worse as I breathe too. When I bend over I can feel what feels like my organs rubbing together. I’m only 16, so I don’t want to ask to go to the er unless I’m sure I’m gonna croak. Is this the normal for anyone?
