Hi I'm new and made a bit of a boob with my first post so hope this is ok. I had an abdo scan for other reasons and it noted enlarged liver with coarse echo texture,pan portal hypertensive gastropathy and fatty infiltration. Also left kidney global cortical thinning. Lft's are normal?..? I'm awaiting a fibroscan. I'm a bit shocked, especially as most sites say the gastropathy is a late stage symptom.i don't mind you being brutally honest. That's the point in me being here. I'm a non drinker, no drugs or needles. Thankyou in advance for any replies. Xx
