hello everyone. How are you All . My mother and my sister Hepatitis B virus positive...Advice me please

Hi

First thing they should do is get under the care of a hepatologist. A good diet with minimal sugars and processed foods as well as moderate exercise are recommended. Drinking should be kept to a minimum or preferably stopped altogether.
