Interpretation of your scan result should really be done by your medical team. The 320 cap would indicate you have the fatty build up in your liver associated with a known diagnosis of non-alcohol related fatty liver disease BUT good news in that your 5.3 kPa reading shows you are still at F0 and don't yet have any scarring or fibrosity showing in your liver. If you have a look at the British Liver Trust guidance page on NAFLD you might find areas where you might make changes to your lifestyle in order to prevent the condition worsening and indeed tackle the fatty change that already exists.

If you are having symptoms they should be discussed with your medical team as it may be they are not symptoms of liver disease, has you gall bladder been checked out for instance?
