My advice would be to seek medical advice and curtail/cut down on your drinking. Easier said than done, but you need to do something.

yes good advice from paulio you must go to your doctor and try and get some help with your drinking as it may lead to serous illness. all the best. grace xoxoxo

Great advice from Paulio and Grace, I've known one or two drug and alcohol addicts and , with respect they lie to everyone especially themselves, I've dabbled ,not much with drugs but mostly alcohol, NHS found out in 1990 I had Hep C, but I still carried on drinking, not much a pint or two of normal strength cider but it was every day, maybe this makes me an addict who knows, but I now need a liver tranplant.

I would say to you if you cannot approach your GP go to a local AA, then when you are more confident and feel ready for it see your GP without fail, hopefully this is of some use, I wish you only the best but act now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would say try and cut down on your drinking and visit your gp and try to eat too as alcohol burns the lining of your stomach so it's important to eat xx
