hi angse, it's all the rage at the moment-basically-it's a 2 day intermittent fasting regime-, i.e 2 days a week you eat about 5-600 calories a day-the rest of the week eat normally. I lost about 7 kgs in 8 weeks plus significant cholesterol drop plus a major effect on liver pain etc.

Hi bricolone, thanks for getting back to me, I have heard of this diet and will do it, anything to keep healthy with cirroshiss, I am really pleased I found this forum talking to others. Who know what you are going through it was getting very lonely, thanks again and keep well. Angse
