I might do more but success will be getting out there on at least two occasions and running continuously for 30 minutes. More will be a bonus.

Exactly my sentiments.... I have struggled to find the time twice a week and been out in the dark most runs. I am getting frustrated and annoyed with myself but I cannot change the situation. Can't wait for the weather to change and the days to get lighter.

Very funny as on crutches. Came 8th in a Garmin steps challenge out of 9!! So I've put 0! πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ˜€

Did my first 7m run last Thursday, at a much slower pace than normal to get the distance in. Hoping to do a slightly faster 7miler this Thursday.

I will definitely cover 5k, a couple of times, but will be aiming for 6k πŸ˜‰

I will try a couple of 6-7k runs during the Christmas holidays.

Plus try not to put on to many Lbs.

I'm sticking to my marathon training plan! might sneak in a few extra shorter runs, but the long run next week is 10 miles, the week after not a lot further (can't remember just at present).

Thinking of doing the Gutbuster 10k but it's on New Years Day and we'll be partying the night before, so not sure!

Will be away from home on holiday so it will be easy for me to do some lovely runs while exploring the area along the coast. Looking forward to it.

Doing a 10k on New Years day and hope to get a couple of longer runs in before so it doesn't feel like an enormous effort.

I will be doing one 10k and a couple of shorter runs.

I'm not really sure, I ticked 6-7 as I'm still feeling a bit run down, but I may well go for 8-10. I'm missing the longer runs, and I've got a trail to run with Madge50 soon!
