I haven't been running much for a while, mostly because I've either been on the IC (since June) or ill, so getting back up to 10k would be great. I managed a whole 20-minute run last month and that was an achievement, which almost makes me cry when I think of what I was doing 7 months ago. So yes, Bridge to 10k - bring it on!

Great annie!! Did you pick a podcast to follow?

Hi... I'm a runner that has been running since I first started in 2014 Jan graduating from C25K in May 2014. I am now a regular runner and have began building up to 10KM running. Previously I have ran a couple of 5KM races this year and ran one 10KM race last Nov 2014. I'd like to do this again in Nov but to better my time. I am also striving to keep up my motivation as my motivation can sometimes dip this time of year. I ran to initially lose weight. I am now at my target weight maintaining it.
