Her2 Equivocal

My IHC report says ER,PR positive and HER2 negative(with score 0 as per ASCO/CAP)however in my oncotype dx report HER2 is stated as equivocal. I am confused. Please advise me.

Please consult an Oncologist whenever available with every detail of your clinical history, every aspect of your imaging modality, every aspect of your pathology and histopathological details and comprehensive examination to then draw a logical conclusion of what these reports means and how to interpret them.
