Hi,I have been undergoing treatment for invasive breast cancer,3cycles of A c. Completed ,4th cycle is due.I am getting treatment in Safdarjung hospital which is administered by central government.I need to take 13 herceptine as suggested byy doctor after my 4th a.c..But the problem is I will have to bear the cost of all 13 herceptin

On my own.I am amazed as why govt. Is not funding such life saving drugs in hospital.I want to confirm that herceptine really are not provided in govt hospitals for free.I have been diagnosed with early stage cancer with lymphnodes free ,Er,Or negetive, HR 2neu +be and k 47 percent,what are chances of reoccurrence of cancer,I don't want to go for herceptine,I need your advice

You are very brave to handle this on your own. I am no expert; just a survivor with similar profile as yours. Please do consider taking all the cycles of Herceptin or as many as possible. Your situation is quite understandable, wish you the very best.
