Frozen shoulder

My wife has completed surgery ,chemo ,radiation in December 2017 and then follow up in Month of February 2018 .Till this time she is ok as told by Oncologist.

Now since last fortnight ahe is having pain and restriction of shoulder of same side as operation .Is it worrisome ?Does it indicate Mets ?
