Does the first therapy only removes hair ??

No the first cycle does'nt. But in 2/3 cycles it starts falling in lumps.

Depends on the health and condition and quality of your hair. It also depends on the drugs and dosages given. I have seen 20 % of my patients losing their hair in the 2nd week or 3rd week of chemo. Another 40 % patients lose hair during 2nd/3rd chemo cycle. The remaining almost all, would lose hair between cycles 4-6
