Any one explain which is more accurate between FNAC and True cut BIOPSY

Tru cut biopsy is the best

Trucut biopsy is any time preferable. FNAC has lot of pitfalls. We always prefer Trucut biopsy, as from the biopsy, not only the diagnosis of cancer, but also some additional tests like immunohistochemistry (ER/ PR/ CerbB2) can be done.

Hi Ashu, don't get panic...still u don't know anything...success rate of surgery depends on so many factor...lets first get diagnosed complete than think about success rate.
