My wife is going through TAC regime chemo...in first chemo they given docetax (from Cipla) and in second chemo they given docetere (from Dr. Reddy)....

docetere is expensive...as i know both medicine has same docetaxel...then why they give expensive docetere in second chemo....is there any advantage in comparison to docetax.
